B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology or MLT is an important pillar in the health care delivery system. The accuracy in the Lab results directly reflects on the prognosis of the patients. Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory technology course inculcates the students to develop practical skills to work in Biochemistry, microbiology and Pathology laboratories. Students learn methods and techniques of Laboratory procedures in college lab as well as, well equipped modern automatic computerized Laboratory in the hospitals also.

B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology Eligibility for Admission
- Candidates belonging to all categories for admission to the Allied Health Sciences should have passed the qualifying examinations after period of 12 years of study with English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology with minimum 35% marks in each subjects (Academic / Vocational Stream).
B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology Eligibility for Lateral Entry
- The lateral entry is applicable for all the UG Degree Course of Allied Health Science wherever corresponding Diploma Course is available in the concerned specialty. The duration of one year Internship applicable for all the Lateral Entry Candidates.
